It is important to keep in mind, that most patients come to our clinic as a referral form another specialist, usually with a substantial amount of testing already performed elsewhere. Consequently, for the visit to be smooth and as relaxed as possible, we recommend you assist our staff with the documentation necessary to obtain your prior tests, and results. You will need to make sure you have signed the release of information forms that allow our staff to gain access to your health information.
